- A snorer room would be possible with an additional single room to the double room with balcony, together with breakfast for €189/night.
- Additional beds are available upon request, as a triple room for €169/night.
- 1 small single room without balcony, bookable with/without breakfast for stays of 3 nights or more for €80/night.
- Kettles, etc. are provided free of charge for each room upon request.
- All prices are subject to a tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night. Upon arrival, you will receive a spa card which entitles you to many discounts.
- For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a 5% discount, and for stays of 10 days or more, a 7% discount on accommodation costs.
- For short-notice bookings, higher occupancy rates and special events, increases in accommodation prices are to be expected; likewise, a surcharge of €10 is levied for 1 night on weekends, but we generally waive the minimum stay requirement.
- Room service is available only upon request, and a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Towels can be exchanged at any time upon request.
- Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or terrace, or in the outdoor area.
- Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and for an extra charge.
- No heating shutdown at night, or night setback in winter, or at negative temperatures.
- Parking is available directly at the hotel and is included in the price.
- WiFi is available throughout the house and is included in the price.
- Various massages and acupuncture treatments by a qualified physiotherapist are available directly at the hotel by prior arrangement.
- Many TV programs via satellite are included in the price and in every room; FireTV or Internet Stick with Prime are also available upon request.
- Board games available upon request.
- Private events with individual requests are possible upon request.
- Nordic walking poles, golf equipment, and much more are available upon request.
- Transfer services and group excursions can be planned.
- Group accommodation for up to 25 people
- There is no elevator, and there are 2 floors.
§ 2. Cancellations and cancellation fees (tourist tax is not charged):
For bookings of more than one night or from 2 rooms onwards,
Cancellation 10 days prior to arrival (until 6:00 PM - hotel local time): Free of charge
Cancellations 9-7 days before arrival: 40% of the travel price
Cancellations 3-6 days before arrival: 60% of the travel price
Cancellations 1-2 days before arrival: 80% of the travel price
Cancellations on the day of arrival: 100% of the travel price
